Founded by Kelsey Bennett, Lodestone IT combines experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, systems administration, workflow improvement, and business operations in Australia.

With a background spanning both archaeology and information technology, the approach combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of how people interact with systems, processes, and information in real-world environments.

Drawing from experience across technical support, operational systems, consulting, and project-based work, the focus is always on creating solutions that are practical, maintainable, and built around the people using them.

Rather than pushing unnecessary platforms or overly complex solutions, Lodestone IT works closely with clients to improve the systems, knowledge, and processes already in place — reducing friction, improving clarity, and helping teams feel more confident in the way they work.
